2 packages graham crackers, crushed
Cinnamon

6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 C. coconut
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Crush crackers by putting in zip lock bag and roll with rolling pin until very fine. Put crackers in a small bowl, add about 1 T. sugar and ground cinnamon to taste (about 1 tsp.). Add melted butter and mix well. Press onto sides and bottom of ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, slowly pour sweetened condensed milk over all (try to have it completely covered with the condensed milk) and bake at 350 for about 20 - 25 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
In working with various recipes for seven layer cookies, I learned through the years that making a graham cracker crust and pressing it into the pan first works best in assuring consistency with this cookie. I also sometimes add vanilla chips as well as the chocolate and butterscotch ones.
