1lb. sweet onions sliced into rings and separated (Vidalia or other type of sweet onions)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion slices in a med. saucepan; cover wth water & bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Drain onions; transfer to an 8-inch square baking dish. In a small bowl combine egg, cream, salt & pepper; pour mixture over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
