Racks of baby backs (however many you want)
Durkee Chicken and Rib Rub (we buy at Sam's Club)
Barbeque sauce

Directions:
Steam whole racks of ribs in large pot for about 30 minutes. Remove from pan and put on grill -- brush barbeque sauce on and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

These are tender and delicious!

This is the recipe Dennis has finally come up with -- they are delicious each and every time he makes them -- not burned, just perfect and very tender. If you don't have a steamer, take a large pot and put a whole bunch of silverware in bottom of pan to keep the ribs out of the water (I saw this tip on the Food Network one day).
