BBQ Dill Salmon Recipe

Salmon Filet skin on
1 cup white wine
1 glove garlic
fresh Dill choped 1/4 cup
1 tbs coarse mustard
4-5 limes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix white wine, garlic,dill and coarse mustard in a plastic zip loc bag add the salmon and let marinade for one half hour.

Preheat the BBQ to medium heat.

Put the salmon skin side down on the preheated grill and pour some of the marinade over top. Slice the limes and place the slices on top of the salmon trying to cover the whole surface.

Close the lid of the BBQ and cook undisturbed for 20 minutes.

when serving use a spatula and skim the flesh off of the skin for a more appealing presentation
