1 cup [2 sticks] margarine, softened
1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 T. milk
2 t. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 cup raisins
2 1/2 cup Quaker oats

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beat well add flour, baking soda, and salt, mix well. Stir in oats, seasonings, mix well. Drop by rounded tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 min. for a chewy cookie or 12-13 min for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 min. on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack. cool completely.
