Small Batch

2 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, soft
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 pk. white chocolate chips


Large Batch

7 3/4 cups flour
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups (6 sticks) butter, soft
2 1/4 cups white sugar
2 1/4 cups brown sugar (packed)
2 T vanilla extract
6 eggs
4 to 6 pk. white chocolate chips.

FOR BOTH SIZES OF BATTER.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º

IN BOWL BLEND FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT AND SET ASIDE.
IN SECOND BOWL CREAM BUTTER, WHITE SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR AND EGGS. MIX WELL UNTIL CREAMIE. THEN ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND CREAM AGAIN. tHIS CAN BE DONE WITH ELECTRIC MIXER.
NOW ADD DRY INGREADIENCE LITTLE AT A TIME AND MIX WELL BY HAND AFTER EACH ADDITION. WHEN ALL THE DRY INGREDIENCE ARE ADDED THEN ADD CHIPS.

(YOU MAY ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS IF YOU WISH.)

DROP BY TEASPOONS FULL ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE AT 375º ABOUT 11 MIX.
