4 lb. Ribs cut up 2 cloves garlic
1 C brown sugar 1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 C chili sauce
1/4 C catsup
1/4 C dark rum
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp dry mustard

Directions:

Wrap ribs in double thickened foil and bake at 300 F for 2 -3
hours. Drain drippings and combine with remaining ingredients.
marinade to room temperature for one to three hours. cook on
BBQ 30 minutes.
