3 c uncooked fresh corn kernels cut from cob
1 c heavy cream
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
6 tsp sugar
Pinch white or red pepper
2 T butter
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, cream, milk, salt, sugar and pepper in saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer covered 8 to 10 minutes. Melt butter in separate skillet, stir in flour until smooth. Add butter flour mixture to corn mixture; mix well. Heat through, stirring then remove from heat.
