1 c. shortening, 1 c. oil, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp., almond extract, 4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1: Mix dough and place in fridge over night.
2: Form into balls and roll in sugar - press flat (I use a botton of a glass drinking glass)
3: Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Do not over Bake.
