1 cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp oil
1 egg, beaten
4 Tbsp butter
1 Butterfinger bar, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Whisk together the milk, oil, and egg in a smaller bowl.
Gently stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture then allow the batter to rest for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of butter to a griddle or skillet and melt over low heat.
Raise the heat to medium-high then spoon the batter by 1/4-cupfuls onto the griddle.
Sprinkle each pancake round with the chopped Butterfinger.
Flip when bubbles begin to appear, then cook long enough for the bottoms begin to brown.
Repeat in batches, using more butter as needed.
