10 - 15 peppers (jalapeño, Serrano, etc)
¼ cup water
¼ vinegar
½ tsp pickling salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
1. Wash and dry peppers

2. Remove stems, leaving ribs and seeds

3. Place peppers into food processor and pulse until all peppers are finely chopped

4. Spoon peppers into 8oz glass jar and pack tightly, using back of spoon to push down into jar

5. Boil vinegar, water, pickling salt, sugar and garlic in small saucepan

6. Pour liquid mixture into jar, covering all of the peppers

7. Seal jar tightly with lid. Give water bath for 10 min or let cool to room temperature and store in refrigerator
