1 16 0z can refried beans
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro thinly sliced
Tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350º

Spread refried beans over bottom of Deep Dish Baker 11" round stoneware (or you could also use a 9" x 9" pan).

Heat beans briefly in microwave, if necessary, for easier spreading. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and taco seasoning until smooth.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro. Cover with foil and bake at 350º about 15 minutes (can be cooked in microwave), until hot in center.

Top with tomato, olives, and green onion. Serve with tortilla chips.
