Notes: Bob Dana is married to Carol Middleton Dana, Jim Hemberry's cousin. Bob and Carol and Jim and I are close friends and we love spending time together, often taking vacations together and there is always a lot of laughter and fun involved. Bob and I do all the cooking and Jim and Carol do all the dishes -- Bob and I think it can't get better than that!
** This cookbook has taken a long time to put together. This was one of first recipes I put into it. Sadly, Bob died in September 2021 after a battle with glioblastoma, but he was an amazing, generous and kind man and I will always treasure the memories of cooking along side him.
