Ingredients:  
1, 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup mayonnaise or sour cream or ⅓ of each (which is what I prefer)
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 medium size onion, finely chopped
1 small jar (I prefer mild) Taco sauce
4 oz. each of cheddar and mozarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and mayo/sour cream mix and spread in dish.
Mix pepper, tomato, and onion in Taco sauce; stir, then spread on cheese mixture.
Grate cheese over top. Serve with Tostitoes (Scoops are great) or your favourite chips or crackers.
