1 cup sour cream
1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 tspn. parsley flakes
1 tspn. Beau Monde (or celery salt)
1/2 rspn. dillweed
1/2 tspn. garlic salt
3 drops Tobasco sauce

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. Best if made a day ahead. Keeps well for up to one week.

This recipe is great with veggies and potato chips. My dad discovered that this is an awesome potato salad dressing and has become our favourite.
