1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 T sugar
1 c. half and half
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a deep microwave dish. Stir in flour and mix completely. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a wire whisk. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Stir again and return to microwave and heat at high until mixture boils. Watch carefully while mixture boils for it should thicken to the consistency of porridge. Remove from microwave and serve with melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
