1/4 C Lightly Packed Cilantro Leaves
1 8oz Pkg of Cream Cheese
2 C Shreddedd Monterey Jack Cheese, divide
2/3 C Chopped Onion
1 28oz Can of Enchilada Sauce
12 6in Corn Tortillas
3 C Diced or Shredded Cooked Chicken

Chop Cilantro
Microwave Cream Cheese for 30-45 seconds
Add cilantro and 1 1/2 C of Shredded Cheese and mix well
Spread 2/3 C Enchilada Sauce over the bottom of baking pan
Pour remaining sauce into bowl and set aside
Assemble Lasagna, Dip 4 tortillas into sauce in bowl and arrange over sauce in pan overlapping if necessary
Scoop half of Cream Cheese mixture over tortillas and spread
Top with 1 cup of Chicken and 1/3 of onion. Repeat layers one time. Dip remaining four tortillas into sauce and arrange over second layer. Top with remaining chicken and onion. Pour remaining sauce over lasagna and sprinkle remaining cheese.
Cover and Bake at 350 degrees until hot through the center.

If you want to make this in the Microwave use a Deep Covered Baker and cook for 12-15 minutes on high or til center is hot. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
