FRESH FRUIT SALAD
:
2 1/2 C. bite-size pieces fresh Pineapple, 1 pint (12oz.) Strawberries/
hulled & sliced) 2 ripe Kiwi Fruit/peeled & cut into 1/4" pieces, 1/3 C. packed light brown Sugar.

Gently mix fruit, sugar & 1 T. Water in a medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes (for fruit to release juices). Chill. 4 servings.

AUNT ANGIE'S FRUIT DRESSING:
1 C. Salad Dressing, 1/3 C. Honey, 1/4 C. Lemon juice, 4 T. Sugar & dash of powered mustard. Mix well. (add more sugar if desired)

LEMON SAUCE:

1/2 C. Salad Dressing, 1/2 C. Lemon flavored Yogurt & Fresh mixed fruit. Chill. Serve sauces w/fresh fruit or molded Jello salads. Are great in the summer when fruit is fresh. I like to serve this with roast or pork chops, etc.

BUTTERMILK DRESSING: 1 C. Mayo, 1/2 C. Buttermilk, 1 T. Parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp. white Pepper, 1/8 tsp. Salt. Combine all ingred., stirring well. Cover & chill dressing at least 4 hours. Serve w/coleslaw or tossed salad. (1 1/2 cups)
