1 c milk
⅓ c soft margarine
1 c brown sugar

Directions:
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in ¼ c margarine until crumbly. Make a well in the center. Pour milk into well. Stir to form a soft dough, adding a bit more milk if needed. Place on a lightly floured counter. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll into a rectangle about 12" long and ⅓" thick.
Cream ⅓ c margarine with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread over dough rectangle. Roll the dough into a long roll, moistening the long edge to seal. Cut into 12 equal sized rolls. Place cut side down onto a greased 9x12" cake pan. If wanted, mix ½ c brown sugar and ½ c cream together and pour over top. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute and then turn pan upside down on a cooling rack. Remove from pan and cool slightly before eating.
