1 lb hot sausage
22 jalapeños
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºMix cream cheese with parmesan cheese, add sausage and mix well. Rinse jalapeños, cut each lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff each half with sausage mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins or until tops are golden brown.
