3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted

TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients in 9 inch pan. Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Spread batter.

Mix topping sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
