1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
7-8 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound chicken
1 (12 oz.) bag of fettuccine noodles
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet melt butter and saute onion and garlic until translucent. While the garlic and onion saute in a different skillet start cooking your chicken. I cut mine in strips and season with Tony Chachere's, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a small amount of olive oil. When chicken is cooked add it to the butter and garlic and simmer 15 minutes.
Boil noodles according to package and set aside.
Add cream to chicken mixture. Stir until well blended. Adjust seasonings to your taste. Add noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese and toss gently.

When reheating leftovers, add whipping cream or evaporated milk to keep it creamy. Shrimp or Crawfish can be used instead of chicken.
