3 c. boiled chicken breasts, cut up, deboned
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 tube of Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except crackers and butter, and place in casserole dish. Mix crackers and melted butter together until well-coated. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over the top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (or until bubbly).
