1 whole chicken,cooked and de-boned
1 large onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
Tortillas-torn in fourths
Chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Layer,starting with torn tortilla pieces.
Next chicken mixture.
Cheeses
Repeat until all is used. Bake in 350* oven 35-40 minutes. May be made the night before but if so decrease the amount of peppers if you add those.
