chicken, boiled and deboned
1 doz. Corn tortillas
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, tomatoes, and sautéed onions and bell pepper until mixture is thoroughly blended. Add about 1/2 can of broth to thin. Soften tortillas in broth. Spread a thin layer of tortillas in the bottom of deep baking dish. Then a layer of small pieces of chicken and soup and mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
