1 lb. crawfish tails 2 sticks butter
1 chopped bell pepper 2 chopped onions
4 chopped ribs of celery 2 - 3 pieces of garlic, minced
2 T. flour 2 T. dried parsley
1 ½ - 2 c. half-and-half 1 # Velveeta w/ jalapeños
1 small can mushrooms 12 oz. egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté veggies until wilted. Add garlic, parsley and crawfish. Cook 10 minutes. Add flour, half-and-half, cheese and mushrooms. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Cook and drain noodles. Mix all together and put into casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. You can top with grated Parmesan cheese.
