1 Quart half and half
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
4 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 bags crawfish tails
2 cans drained whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and simmer until heated
thoroughly. Very good served over Crabcakes or in a bowl with garlic bread.
