1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 t. salt
2 eggs, beaten
7-8 cups bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs and 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.

Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Punch dough down. Turn out onto floured surface and divide dough into thirds. Shape into loaves and place in three greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to rack to cool.
