Crust:
1 1/2 cup (about 15) crushed Oreo cookies
2 T. butter or margarine, melted
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
2 large eggs
2 T. flour
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

For crust, combine cookie crumbs with butter and press onto bottom of an ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle with 1 c. chocolate chips.

For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs and flour. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and sour cream. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. chocolate chips.

Bake for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until edge is set but center moves slightly.

Place in refrigerator immediately and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Remove sides of springform pan.
