3 c. sweet potatoes (about 3 big ones )
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each sweet potato in a piece of foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until fork tender. When done set aside. When the potatoes are tender to the touch then scoop out the insides and place into a medium size bowl. Mix in the sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Topping:
Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
