6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp vinegar
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Halve eggs lengthwise & remove yolks. Put yolks in a bowl and mash with fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar mixing well. Stuff egg with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
ITALIAN STYLE: Prepare as above but omit mayonnaise, mustard & vinegar. Add 1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing & 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese to yolks mixing well.
INDIAN STYLE: Prepare as above but omit mustard & vinegar. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts & 1/2 tsp curry powder to yolks and mix well.
MEXICAN STYLE: Prepare as above but omit mustard & vinegar. Add 2 tbsp diced green chili peppers, 1 tbsp chopped pitted ripe olives, 1/2 tsp chili powder & 1/8 tsp ground red pepper to yolk mixture and mix well.
