6 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups chicken breasts in cubes or strips
cooking oil
3 tsp soy sauce
1 can cubed pineapple drained
8 pieces of green pepper
2 carrots thinly sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
3 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP molasses
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 cup pineapple juice ( drained from the can of pineapples)

Directions:

Mix flour, salt pepper and 6 TBSP water to a smooth paste. Coat the chicken with this mixture. Stir fry the chicken in oil in a wok until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
Mix soy sauce, pineapple, green pepper, carrots 1 1/2 cup water vinegar, brown sugar and molasses in large saucepan or in the wok after the chicken has been removed. Cook slowly, stirring, until the veggies are slightly tender. Mix the cornstarch and pineapple juice together and stir into mixture. Cook until thickened. Add the chicken and serve over rice

You need to have everything sliced and ready to go so all you have to do is cook it. Have the rice cooking while you are fixing the rest. needs to be served hot.
