4 6 oz. - 8 oz. salmon portions

Durkee Grill Creations Blackened Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Remove salmon from packaging and drain well. Season both sides of salmon, as desired. Place in hot stove top grill pan or on outside grill. Cook 3 - 4 minutes per side until salmon is fork tender.

Serve over Caesar salad or as an entree with rice and vegetable. Delicious cold as a leftover.
