1 1/2 lb chopped round steak
1/4 lb veal
1/4 lb fat salt pork
1 med onion
1 green pepper
1 egg
1 c soft bread crumbs
1 T minced parsely
1 1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak, veal, and pork through the meat grinder together. Add onion and green pepper (finely chopped). Beat egg well, add bread crumbs, minced parsley and seasoning all together. Make into the form of a loaf. Place in a greased pan and bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Serve hot with gravy made from meat juices.
