1 T butter
1 lb ground chuck
1/4 c chopped onion
1-4 oz can mushrooms
1 c gravy mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 deep dish pie shells
2 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add beef, onion and mushrooms. Cook until brown, drain, add sauce and egg. Pour into unbaked shell. Prepare pie according to 2 crust pie package directions. Heat thoroughly at 350º for 30 minutes.
