1 lb Crab Meat
1/2 C Mayonnaise
2/3 C Bread Crumbs
2 1/2 oz Diced Green Chiles
1 egg
1 t Tabasco Sauce
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1/2 t Salt
1 1/4 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Beer
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape crab mixture into patties. Coat skillet with olive oil. Cook crab cakes 5-6 minutes on each side until brown.
