2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups carrots, shredded
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil and eggs, beat until well combined at medium speed, beat 2 more minutes. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325º for 50-60 minutes.
