1 head lettuce, shredded
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen petite peas, rinsed and drained
1 pint mayonnaise
12-16 oz. medium cheddar cheese, shredded
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
