1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired
1/2 c. melted butter
Cool Whip OR Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 9" square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix (and nuts if desired) with melted butter; mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling.

Bake at 350º F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with Cool Whip or Ice Cream.
