1 large Angel Food Cake (already made) 2 boxes cherry jello, prepared as directed (any flavor jello) 1 can or small bag coconut 1 pint Cool Whip Topping
Directions:
After jello is prepared in a large bowl, and ready to work with.
Stir up the jello in a large bowl in to smaller pieces. Add the cream to the jello and hand whip it all together
Grease pan lightly, tear up cake into bite size pieces and lint the pan.
Now spoon the jello/cream mixture over cake, sprinkle with coconut.
Add another layer of cake and then the jello/cream mixture again, top with coconut. . Sprinkle chopped nuts, if desired. Chill for a couple of hours before serving
