Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 c sugar
2 jars Gerber junior carrots
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp slt
2 tsp cinn
1 1/2 c salad oil
1/2 c nuts ( chopped)
1/2 c rasins

Directions:

Beat eggs, add remainings ingredients in order given.

Bake on jellyn roll pan

Bake @ 350º 30-35 minutes

Personal Notes:

Froast with cream cheese icing and chill.
