Ingredients:

1 pkg. coleslaw mix
3-5 green onions (sliced fine)
1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:

Combine coleslaw mix and onions. Set aside.
Saute sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles in 1/4 cup butter until brown. Let cool.
In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and flavor packet from noodles.
Mix all ingredients together about 1/2 hour before serving.
