1 cup Flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and vanilla until soft dough like. In seperate bowl mix flour, cornstarch, & sugar. Gradually add to butter and vanilla until dough is formed. If not firm refrigerate for an hr or more.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place balls 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300 for 20-25 min. or until lightly browned.
Frosting - powder sugar, butter, vanilla and a little milk to make frosting consistency.
Add red and green food color and frost cookies after they are cool.
