9 Shiitake mushrooms, chopped
10 sticks imitation crabmeat, chopped
6 fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
4 c cooked rice
Furikake
Korean nori

Directions:
Directions:
Soak shiitake mushrooms in water to soften. Chop shiitake mushrooms. Mix with fresh mushrooms, sour cream, mayonnaise, and crabmeat.

Spread cooked rice in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Sprinkle furikake over rice. Cover with crabmeat and mushroom mixture. Broil in oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown. Spoon into Korean nori.
