1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. salad oil
1 egg (beaten)
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1-2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form dough into balls the size of walnuts, flatten on ungreased cookie sheet with a drinking glass bottom. Bake at 350º for 8-12 minutes. DO NOT LET BROWN! Place on cooling rack or paper bag.

Eat plain or decorate with frosting after they have cooled.

This recipe was given to me by my Great Aunt Sue Teeter when I was a "younger" girl! Since Great Aunt Sue is no longer with us, I'm so grateful to have it and to be able to pass it on to YOU! Enjoy!
