1 c. powder sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg (beaten)
4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugars and butter. Beat egg and oil then add to butter/sugar mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Chill 3 hrs. Roll dough into 1 inch balls roll them in sugar then flatten on an ungreased cookie sheet with the bottom of a glass.

Bake 12 minutes.
