Apple Sheet Pie Recipe

Pie crust for 4 - 5 pies
8 cups apples
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 - 3 cups sugar (depending on tartness of apples)
2 cups corn flakes or any cereal broke up.
GLAZE
1/2 cup milk
1 - 2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pie crust so it would fit into a cookie sheet. Stir apples, sugar and cinnamon together. Put cereal on top of bottom of pie crust and add apples on top of that. Put remaining of crust on top and close the ends together and cut some slits on top. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes or until apples are done.
Make glaze, mix together and pour over apple pie and serve by itself or with ice cream.
