3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup pecans

9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and corn syrup until well blended.
Stir in pecans (by hand)
Pour mixture into unbaked 9" pie shell

Bake at 375º F until knife comes out clean

This recipe was given to my Mom by her good southern friend, Jo Ann Ducker, when my folks first moved to Florida in 1969. I inherited the recipe when I went to Grad School in Las Vegas and would be having my own apartment. I always make it for holidays and when friends come over for my Louisiana gumbo.....
