Pie
1 Baked 8 or 9 inch pie shell
1/3 cup lemon Juice
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 whipped cream



Cherry Glaze
1 15oz can sweetened Cherries
2/3 cup cherry juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Stir milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and almond extract together until it thickens. Fold in whipped cream; pour into pie shell.


For the Glaze:
Thicken ingredients over high heat. Add cherries; let cool and spoon over cream filling.
Chill for 2 hours
