1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas) (250 g)
½ cup (150 g) almond butter
10 soft dates, pitted + soft
¼ cup (60 ml) plant-based milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add to a blender along with other ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Use a piping tool to make rings of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
